Cancellation Policy


  • Cancellation Before Project Initiation: If the project has not yet entered the production phase and you wish to cancel, please contact our project manager promptly. Any payment made will be refunded after deducting design and assessment fees.

  • Cancellation After Project Initiation: If the project is already in production, cancellation will not be eligible for a full refund. We will deduct fees according to the project completion stage, with the partial refund amount determined by the project manager based on actual progress.

Post-Delivery Return Policy


  • Quality Issues: If quality issues are identified after delivery, or if the product does not match the initially confirmed design, we will work to arrange quality inspection. If manufacturing defects are confirmed, we will offer repair, replacement, or partial refund options.

  • Non-Quality Issues: Custom projects cannot be returned or refunded for reasons unrelated to quality, including but not limited to: personal preference, size mismatch with site conditions, or no longer needing the product.
