We will carefully review the materials and information you provide in order to perform an accurate cost assessment. Based on this evaluation, we will prepare a comprehensive and itemized product quotation for your consideration.
Throughout this process, we will maintain open communication to ensure you fully understand the proposed solution and its associated costs. Additionally, our teams will be available to clarify any technical or design-related details, ensuring that the final proposal aligns with your specific needs and expectations.

PRODUCT EXCEL LIST
We will create a detailed product information sheet to help you better understand the specifics and parameters of our products.
PRODUCT PPT PROPOSAL
If we encounter a complex project, we will create a PPT proposal to help you better understand how our products are used within the project.
Confirmation & Refinement
Upon the client’s formal confirmation of the project proposal and pricing, and following the execution of the contract, we will initiate the process of preparing a variety of material samples tailored to the project’s specifications. Simultaneously, our team will develop detailed technical drawings that outline the design elements, which will be submitted to the client for their review and approval.
For projects that present additional complexity, we will also create a comprehensive 3D model. This model serves as a visual reference, enabling the client to better understand the proposed design and its potential impact within the intended space. Our goal is to ensure clarity and alignment with the client’s vision throughout this preparatory phase.
We will provide the documents for the client to sign:
PRODUCT PDF
We will produce detailed technical drawings in PDF format for the client’s review and confirmation.
PRODUCT CAD
We will provide the project source files for the client's review, modification, and final confirmation.
PRODUCT 3D
For complex projects, we will create a model for the client to provide a clearer visualization of the specific effects.
PRODUCT ZIP
Similarly, we will organize and package all the drawings, documents, and sample photographs to send to the client.
We can also send the samples to your address for you to see the materials.
Final Confirmation & Production
Once the client has thoroughly reviewed and signed off on the detailed drawings, sample list, and model diagrams, and has provided their feedback to our company, we will take immediate action to initiate the production process. Our team will ensure that all specifications and requirements outlined in the approved documentation are communicated effectively to the workshop.
This coordination will include scheduling the necessary resources, materials, and labor to ensure a smooth production workflow. We are committed to adhering to the agreed timelines and maintaining the highest quality standards throughout the production phase. Our goal is to deliver the final product that meets the client’s expectations and specifications.

Product Trial Assembly & Packaging
Before the shipment of goods, we will conduct product trial assembly and electrical testing to ensure that all details meet the client's specifications. During this process, we will communicate with the client to confirm the packaging method. Additionally, we will meticulously review the lighting diagrams, installation drawings, and accessory schematics, printing labels to serve as packing lists for easier identification of accessory boxes by on-site workers during installation.
Furthermore, we can provide printing services to accommodate the client’s needs for brand logos, lists, brochures, and more, ensuring that all materials meet the client’s requirements.
Our preparatory work before shipment:

Transportation & Installation
We will ship the goods via the logistics channel specified by the client, and we will fully assist in coordinating with the logistics provider for loading and delivery. If the client does not have a designated logistics partner, we can recommend suitable logistics services and arrange the shipment on their behalf. Upon the arrival of the goods, our team of technical experts will monitor the installation process and provide the client with installation guidance. If necessary, we can coordinate on-site technical support to ensure a smooth installation.
